We are hiring a Senior SAP Project Manager ( Cloud ALM ) to lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

The role requires a strong mix of SAP expertise and project management skills to drive successful implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts
- Apply and optimize delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, SAP Activate)
- Drive adoption of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and build simplified, CALM-like tools for internal use
- Integrate enterprise tools (Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Leverage AI/ML to automate reporting,



risk prediction, and project insights
- Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and executive dashboards
- Mentor teams and ensure adoption of delivery best practices and accelerators

Required Qualifications

- 12+ years in SAP Technical or Functional Modules and program/project management
- Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations and rollouts
- Expertise in SAP Activate and delivery frameworks
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to AI/ML in project delivery or automation initiatives
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate / Agile (Scrum, Protected)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience in global, multi-vendor environments
