About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented PowerPoint Designer to join our Global Design Support team. In this role, you will transform content from Word documents, PDFs, and written briefs into visually compelling, brand-compliant PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert content from Word documents, PDFs, and written briefs into well-structured, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Create professional slide layouts that effectively communicate key messages.
- Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines, including typography, colours, templates, logos, and visual consistency.
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates, master slides, and reusable layouts.
- Transform tables, figures, and raw data into impactful charts, graphs, and infographics.
- Organize and structure content into transparent, logical presentation flows.
- Apply precise formatting, alignment, animations, and transitions to deliver polished presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, design managers, and team leads to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Perform thorough quality checks for formatting, brand compliance, accuracy, and consistency before delivery.




- Maintain organized presentation files and version control for future reuse.

Required Skills

- 1-5 years of experience in PowerPoint or Presentation Design.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft PowerPoint (Master Slides, Templates, Animations, Transitions)
- Microsoft Word
- Data Visualization & Slide Design

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation formatting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working on Apple Mac (macOS).
- Ability to manage multiple presentation requests while meeting tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
