Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for new hires and existing employees

- Deliver training on American pronunciation, fluency, intonation, and speech clarity

- Provide accent neutralization coaching to improve communication effectiveness

- Design and develop training modules, materials, and assessments

- Facilitate refresher trainings and continuous improvement programs

- Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback to improve performance

- Support teams in enhancing customer/patient interaction skills

- Monitor trainee performance and maintain training reports and metrics

- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field

- Certification in Voice & Accent Training or Soft Skills (preferred)

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Voice & Accent training

- Prior experience in BPO/KPO workplace (preferred)

- Experience working with US clients Process

- Trained for Inyternational BPO is Mandate
