Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for international and global projects, from initiation through closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
- Collaborate with international clients, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and project management tools, ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage project budgets,



forecasts, change requests, and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and PMP best practices.
- Facilitate communication among business, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment.
- Drive continuous process improvement and implement lessons learned across projects.
- Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract deliverables where applicable.
- Support Agile ceremonies or hybrid project delivery models when required.
- Mentor junior project managers, project coordinators, and team members.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification required.
- 712+ years of project management experience, including managing international or global projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
