About the Role

Join the Oracle Platform Engineering team at Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst Supply Chain Planning, you'll play a critical role in delivering enterprise Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions that support global business operations. You'll partner with business stakeholders, Oracle, and cross-functional teams to lead solution design, drive continuous improvements, support global implementations, and optimize planning capabilities across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Collaboration. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Planning who is passionate about delivering scalable solutions and driving business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders, Oracle, and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards and solution design best practices.
- Perform impact assessments for Oracle quarterly releases, Redwood personalization, recent functionality, business process enhancements, and system changes.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning applications, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Collaboration, during implementation and enhancement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and end-to-end requirements traceability.
- Lead and coordinate functional testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production validation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements, reporting solutions, data conversion strategies, and system interfaces.




- Work closely with Application Support teams to investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide functional expertise for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support by creating and managing Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and validating product fixes.
- Support global implementation projects, production support, quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, platform modernization initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
- Mentor junior analysts, promote Oracle best practices, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the Oracle Platform Engineering team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning, including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Supply Chain Collaboration
- End-to-end Oracle Fusion Planning implementations

- Experience performing impact assessments for Oracle Fusion Redwood migration, personalization, and Oracle quarterly updates.
- Experience configuring Oracle Redwood UI Pages.
- Experience creating and managing Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Planning concepts, including:

- Planning hierarchies
- Calendars
- Sourcing rules
- Lead times
- Constraints
- Planning measures

- Experience working with:

- Custom Measures
- LMFOP (Lifecycle Management & Forecast Optimization Process)
- New Product Launch planning
- Collection Processes
- Segmentation
- Planning Tables and Graphs

- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, solution design, and Oracle Fusion configuration.
- Experience improving forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, capacity planning,



and exception-based planning processes.
- Proficiency with OTBI, SQL, and Oracle Planning Analytics for reporting, validation, and business insights.
- Hands-on experience with planning data loads, data validation, and ensuring high-quality planning outputs.
- Familiarity with Oracle Planning dashboards and Oracle quarterly enhancements impacting planning users.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning processes and Oracle Cloud best practices.
