Job Summary

Looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to implement, configure, and support cloud-based HR solutions, enabling seamless talent management, employee lifecycle management, and HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Succession
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions
- Configure workflows, business rules, security, and role-based permissions
- Support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems
- Conduct testing, user training, and post-go-live support
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing enhancements
- Participate in implementation,



rollout, and upgrade projects

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules
- Robust understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects
- Knowledge of integration concepts and data migration
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
- Experience with Employee Central (EC) and Talent Management modules
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Integration Center, CPI, and APIs
- Exposure to SAP HCM or S/4HANA integrations
- Experience in global HR transformation programs
