calculated fields and condition rules and managing EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)< /li> < li> Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently< /li> < li> Strong listening and communication skills (written, verbal)< /li> < li> Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules. Knowledge of other Workday modules is a plus.< /li> < li> Ability to collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between Core HCM and other modules/systems, providing functional inputs as needed.< /li> < /ul> < p> < strong> Preferred Experience< /strong> < /p> < ul> < li> Experience working in multi-country environments, with awareness of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and Works Council requirements.< /li> < li> Familiarity with Workday hierarchies (e.g., supervisory orgs, cost centers, location hierarchies).< /li> < li> Understanding of Workday security roles, data privacy, and compliance.< /li> < li> Hands-on experience with Workday calculated fields and< /li> < /ul>
