Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating with Central Government ministries, departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies and institutional organisations.
- Attending pre-bid meetings, tender meetings, presentations and client discussions on behalf of Green Gold.
- Identifying relevant officials and decision-makers in Government communication, IEC, media, public relations, marketing and procurement teams.
- Generating appointments and business leads through calls, emails, references, qualified networks and direct meetings.
- Following up on tenders, empanelments, proposals, campaigns and institutional opportunities.
- Presenting Green Gold s capabilities in animation, CGI, VFX, motion graphics, animated explainers, mascots, comics, character-led communication, digital campaigns and branded content.
- Coordinating with our Hyderabad team for proposals, presentations, estimates, documents and submissions.




- Maintaining a structured database of contacts, meetings, leads, follow-ups and opportunity status.
- Representing Green Gold professionally at Government offices, corporate meetings, industry events and networking programmes.

Key requirements

- A junior or mid-level candidate with at least 3 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in media company, advertising agency, digital agency, PR agency, production house, corporate-communications firm or Government-facing organisation .
