As a Software Engineer, you will be working with a unique and gifted team developing exciting products and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams. - Be responsible for system architecture and development of recent features for embedded systems.
- Develop high-quality application software, wireless stack and device framework to support required features with power management.
- Work with hardware team to achieve high performance RF architecture.
- Deliver architectural documents, design specs, software and firmware source code with build scripts.
- Provide test scripts for QA and factory teams.
- Support device compliance and certification activities.
- Lead and mentor other software developers to maintain architectural vision and software quality.
- Work with product, hardware and software teams to provide technical solutions.
- Participate in design reviews, API development, and documentation.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or Communications. M.E. / M.Tech preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Bluetooth and BT smart (low energy)



specifications and standards with knowledge of Bluetooth/LE Profiles and stacks such as BlueZ or other Bluetooth stacks.
- Experience developing BLE applications using nRF5 SDK and/or nRF Connect SDK is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in Bluetooth application and API development for products in industries like Home Automation, consumer electronics, Smart Medical etc.
- Experience with embedded operating systems (FreeRTOS, Android, Zephyr).
- Experience with wireless co-existence of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE, ZigBee or Thread.
- Experience with capturing and analyzing Bluetooth stack, HCI (BT snoop) and Bluetooth over the air sniffer logs.
- Experience in embedded software design, development and debugging preferably on ARM based platforms.
- Experience in coding in C/C++.
- Board bring-up and debugging experience.
- Experience in handling logic analyzers, power meter, network analyzers is preferable.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Scripting experience in python/shell is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of SDLC and typical processes for development and testing, release management.
