Job Overview:
Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Private Limited is looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer (Fresher / 0–1 year experience) who can independently handle social media creatives and branding requirements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, especially in the luxury jewellery segment, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Design:
Create engaging and visually appealing creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Independent Work Handling:
Take ownership of design tasks and deliver creatives with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Grid & Visual Planning:
Plan and maintain a consistent and premium-looking social media grid aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Image Editing & Retouching:
Edit and enhance jewellery images using Adobe Photoshop to highlight intricate details and premium quality.
- Illustrations & Creative Design:
Use Adobe Illustrator to create clean, professional illustrations and design elements.
- Brand Consistency:
Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines, including colours, fonts, and overall visual identity.
- Trend Adaptation:
Stay updated with current design and social media trends, especially in luxury and jewellery brands.
- Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team and understand requirements clearly to execute designs effectively.
- Feedback & Improvement:
Quickly incorporate feedback and continuously improve design quality.
Qualifications:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in graphic design or social media design.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of branding, layouts, and colour theory.
- A good portfolio (academic / internship / freelance work is acceptable).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
- Solid attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, or luxury branding.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of reels, short videos, or motion graphics is a plus.
