Desired Profile:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic & Packaging Designer with hands-on video editing experience. The role involves designing packaging artwork, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives, along with editing videos for product promotion, branding, and internal communication, while ensuring brand consistency and print accuracy.

Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities):

- Design and develop packaging artwork for labels, cartons, pouches, buckets, drums, and other product packs.
- Prepare print-ready files in line with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and printing standards.
- Create brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, and POS materials.
- Develop digital creatives for social media, websites, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives with creative assets.
- Edit product, promotional, and corporate videos.
- Create short videos, reels, and basic motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Add subtitles, transitions, animations, and background music as required.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand creative requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
- Maintain proper file management and version control.
- Design creatives for website banners, landing pages.
- Coordinate with developers for website updates and creative integration.
- Ensure web creatives are optimized for performance and user experience.
- Ideate,



develop and implement packaging solutions that meet the needs of the
- company, regulatory bodies and customers.
- Identify, evaluate and select ideal packaging materials, machinery and equipment.
- Work on reducing packaging-related costs and improving the efficiency of the product
- packaging process.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor packagings and innovations to stay updated withbest practices and technologies for packaging.
- Design packaging solutions that protect and preserve products during transportation, storage and handling.
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine the suitability of packaging solutions for specific products.

Qualification and Skills:

- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD), Adobe, Illustrator, Canva, Corel Draw software with project management skills.
- Robust creativity skills for developing unique packaging solutions using current trends.
- Both Male/Female candidates can apply.
- Video tools: Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro/Maya
- Knowledge of printing processes, color management, and packaging formats
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, and branding
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in graphic design and digital creatives
- Strong portfolio covering packaging, video/reels, social media, and web design.
