The individual would assist in managing projects by coordinating with stakeholders including Client, Technology team and Internal team to onboard the portfolios on our proprietary platform and produce deliverables on ongoing basis. The role requires working with client to understand their requirements, researching across credit agreements, building financial models, delivering various reports to clients through our platform.< /p> < ul> < li> Work closely with clients in understanding their private credit investments and assessing requirements around their portfolios.< /li> < li> Setup reporting dashboards on Oxane proprietary platform by coordinating with technology team.< /li> < li> Build and maintain financial models to validate the Borrowing Base computations.< /li> < li> Calculate financial covenants and other key risk metrics around client portfolios.< /li> < li> Comprehend and extract relevant data from credit agreements,



amendment documents and other reports as required by clients or for monitoring the transaction.< /li> < li> Analyze the output reports and present them to clients while ensuring accuracy in logic, data and reporting formats.
