• Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks as per business requirements
Required Candidate profile
Coding Associate: Minimum 1+ years of exp
SME / QA / Trainer: Minimum 3+ years of exp
TL/AM: Minimum 6+ years of exp
Denial Coding is mandatory for B1 and B2
Certification required : CPC, COC, CCS
