Responsibilities

- Informatica PowerCenter - strong hands-on experience
- Big Data technologies (Hive, Hadoop ecosystem) - strong experience
- UNIX/Linux and shell scripting - deep expertise
- production support / data platform support environments - extensive experience
- troubleshooting ETL failures, data pipeline issues, Hive/Hadoop job failures - expertise
- batch processing, job scheduling, and dependency management - strong knowledge
- SQL/HiveQL - strong skills for data analysis and issue resolution
- incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.) - experience
- SLA management, escalation handling, and support reporting - robust understanding

Additional Responsibilities:

- 915 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong experience in Informatica + Big Data + Hive + Hadoop + UNIX production support
- Proven expertise in handling critical incidents, escalations, and L3 support environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across ETL, Big Data, and UNIX layers




- Experience working in 24/7 support environments (if required)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead support teams and handle high-pressure situations

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

Work Location Hyderabad

Technical and Professional Requirements:

- Experience in enterprise-scale data warehousing environments
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys, or similar
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms
- Experience in support automation and monitoring dashboards
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices
- Proven experience in team mentoring and support management
