Position: US Staffing Recruiter-Industrial

Requirements and Responsibilities:

1) We are looking for experince in US International Voice, US BPO, US Voice Process, US Staffing, US IT Recruiter with Good Communication Skills.

Identify and source potential labor candidates through various channels, including online job boards, local networks, and community organizations.

2) Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone interviews, to evaluate

qualifications, experience, and readiness for the roles.

3) Match the candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and

availability.

4) Assist in the onboarding process, including conducting background checks, verifying

credentials, and ensuring candidates meet necessary requirements.5) Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies, including labor laws

and safety regulations.

6) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring a high level of data integrity.

Stay informed about labor market trends, wage rates, and industry dynamics to provide

valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

1) Proven track record as a recruiter, particularly in high-volume labor recruitment for roles like

warehouse workers, packers, loaders, forklift operators, etc. including staffing for both

seasonal and long-term positions in temporary facilities.

2) Knowledge of labor recruitment techniques and best practices. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

4) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

Work Location: Gachibowli , Hyderabad.

Salary: DOE Plus Commission

Timings: EST Timings Monday Friday (6:30PM to 3:30AM on IST)
