- Strong communication and skilled attitude are required.
- Awareness of the Territory.
- Must be able to work on own initiative.
- Giving the responsibilities to the sales team in order to achieve the sales target.
- Proven track record of consistent target achievement.
- Collect information from the field and conduct regular surveys.
- Implement brand strategies to increase sales.
- Be responsible for distribution of promotional materials and maintain records of the same.
