Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA - HR graduated from premier institutions having 10 15 years of experience.
Candidate Desired Profile : Professionals with hands-on experience in all HR related activities.

Job Description :
An HR Manager focused on statutory compliance oversees labor law adherence, manages regulatory filings (like PF, ESIC, and professional tax), handles audit readiness, and maintains employee records.
1. Complete knowledge in all HR related activities.
2. Budgeting, New Manpower, Cost Estimates
3. Recruitment Plan of Action (Numbers, Time Frame, Sources, Cost, Internal Movement)
4. Development of Human Resource procedures and policies and aligning them with Companys objectives.
5. Update data for and preparing MIS reports and documents.
6.
Coordinate with sites with regard to labour issues; ensure all required registers are maintained at Sites.
7. Ensure all Statutory Commitments are fulfilled as per Compliance.
8. Grievance Handling Mechanism to address issues timely.
9. Conduct HR round Interviews.
10. Implementation of PMS and Performance Planning.
11. Planning training programs for employees after identifying their training needs.
12. Coordinate with departmental heads in discussing various matters relating to HR and taking necessary action promptly.
13. Responsible for timely submission of statutory returns and forms with appropriate authorities.
14. Periodical updating of HR Manual/Hand Book as and when required by the Management, and reporting to the Management.
15. Develop employee involvement systems and mechanisms to keep positive work environment and better employee relations.
