The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in < strong> Veracode< /strong> along with exposure to modern security testing and DevSecOps practices.< /p> < p> This role will partner closely with engineering teams, architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to strengthen and scale the organization s Application Security capability across the enterprise.< /p> < p> < strong> Key Responsibilities< /strong> < /p> < ul> < li> Lead and scale Application Security initiatives across multiple engineering teams and business units.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Hands-on management and administration of < robust> Veracode< /strong> platform including onboarding applications, policy management, scan execution, triaging findings, and reporting.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud, and architecture teams to integrate security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Drive vulnerability management activities including identification, prioritization, tracking, remediation validation, and risk reporting.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Work with stakeholders to improve secure coding practices and reduce recurring vulnerabilities.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Support secure deployment practices across cloud and hybrid environments.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Assist in defining Application Security standards, policies, and best practices.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Create dashboards, metrics,



and executive reports related to vulnerability posture and remediation status.< /li> < /ul> < p> < strong> Required Skills Qualifications< /strong> < /p> < ul> < li> 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with strong focus on < strong> Application Security< /strong> .< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Hands-on experience with < strong> Veracode< /strong> is mandatory.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Hands on experience of other application security tooling is desirable< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Strong understanding of:< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Secure coding principles< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Vulnerability management lifecycle< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> API security< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Application security< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Data security< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Building developer engagement to encourage remediation< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Experience in rolling out secure by design architecture patterns< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Knowledge of CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Understanding agentic development practices and techniques to secure it.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Understanding of container and Kubernetes security concepts is preferred.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Experience working with Agile/Scrum development environments.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.< /li> < /ul> < ul> < li> Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.< /li> < /ul>
