Experience - 3 to 9yrs

3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MCN), Data 360/ salesforce data cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or related marketing technology platforms.

Hands-on experience with:

Set-up Marketing Coud Next for business unit

Flow Builder for campaigns in Marketing Cloud Next

Platform events, Apex and LWC

Working with CMS workspaces in Business units

Agentforce for campaigns and segments

Data 360 Data spaces

Use of data graphs for personalization

Data sync between Salesforce objects and the data model objects in Data 360

Data 360 identity resolution and segmentation

Salesforce Personalization

Audience segmentation and activation





Salesforce Setup

Contact, data management and data modelling

Campaign performance reporting and optimization

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, omnichannel engagement, and campaign operations.

Experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and functional designs.

Experience working with unified customer data concepts enabled through Data 360.

Robust communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
