About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Student Enrollment Executive to help prospective students choose the right IT training programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
This role focuses on converting inquiries into enrollments through professional counseling, timely follow-ups, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, Google, LinkedIn, website registrations, and referrals.

- Respond to current inquiries within 510 minutes whenever possible.

- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.

- Explain course curriculum, training modes, schedules, fees, and career benefits.

- Schedule FREE demo sessions and ensure high attendance.

- Conduct regular follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

- Handle objections related to pricing, schedules, and course selection.





- Guide students through the enrollment and payment process.

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead statuses.

- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for a smooth student experience.

- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Strong communication and convincing abilities.

- Experience in international sales or education counseling.

- Ability to build trust with prospective students.

- Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

- 2+ years in International Sales, USA Process, or Education Sales.

- Experience with IT training institutes, EdTech companies, or career counseling is highly preferred.

- Experience handling USA-based customers is an advantage.

Important Requirements

- Candidate must have their own laptop and WIFI connection.

- Must be comfortable working in the USA shift (night shift)

- Should be ready to work in a target-based environment
