- Oversee all aspects of the catalyst manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products, and ensure production targets are met.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all catalysts meet required specifications and standards.

Team Leadership:

- Manage, train, and motivate plant staff, including supervisors and operators, and delegate tasks effectively.

Safety:

- Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry-specific standards.

Technical Operations:

- Troubleshoot production issues, manage equipment maintenance, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and yield. Knowledge of catalyst property, operation of equipments.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in analytical techniques and a robust understanding of catalyst chemistry, manufacturing processes, and related equipment, solid and powder catalyst properties.

Educational Qualifications:
