We are seeking an experienced Manager HR Projects to lead strategic HR transformation initiatives within our Global Employee Services (GES) organization. This role will bridge HR strategy and operational execution by managing complex, global projects such as process improvements, system implementations, organizational changes, and shared services transformation. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders, drive project governance, and ensure seamless delivery of people-focused initiatives that enhance efficiency, employee experience, and business outcomes.

You bring
- Bachelors or masters degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within HR, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services environments.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale HR transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change projects.
- Proven experience working with global and virtual teams across multiple regions and cultures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Solid proficiency in project management methodologies, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and technology-enabled HR solutions.
