Role Description:

In this vital role,you willbe responsible forleading, architecting, designing, and implementing SAPS4 Order to Cashsolutions with a focus onOrder Management, Billing and Pricing processes and capabilities. As a Specialist SAP Architect within our global Digital, Technology, and Innovation (DTI) team, this role will help guide the transition from our worldwide ERPS4 instanceon PlatformOTC( Orderto cash), along with the successful migration of the S4 feedersystems. This position requires deep expertise inSAPS4 OTCmodule with a good understanding ofcross functional integration with SAPGTS( Global trade Services) othermodules. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and configure theSAP S4 OTCmoduleto meet business requirements and implement processes aroundBilling and Pricing data determination in Invoices.

- Ensures solutions developed are aligned to enterprise architecture standards,guidelines and principles byleveragecommon technology platforms and services.

- Ensures seamless integration betweenS4 andconnected withSAP modules (GTS,FI, MM, OTC, TM, ATTP, and EWM) as well as third-party systems.

- Participate inOTC and GTS implementation projects as part of theGTOproduct team, including blueprinting, gap analysis, testing, go-live, and post-production support.Provide mentoring to team members.

- Creation and maintenance of critical documentation such as technical assessments, configuration specs, functional designs, test cases, and user manuals. Ensures compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.





- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver and sustain Amgen''sSAPOTCmodule integrated with SAP GTS ecosystem utilizingthe Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

- Develop innovative solutions that drive speed to value via AI/ML and leading practices.

- Ability to translate business requirements into design options that are cost effective, efficient, re-usable that align with defined architectural principles and standards.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

- Masters degree in computer science or Legal majors and 4 to 6 years of SAP implementation experience inspecific to SAPS4 OTCmodule.

- Bachelors degree in computer science or Legal majors and 6 to 8years of SAP implementation experience specifically in SAPS4 ITCModule

- Diploma in computer science orLegalmajors and 10 to 12 years of IT oryears of SAP implementation experience specific toSAP S4Module

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in configuring and integrating all aspects of SAPS4 OTC solutions for global deployments; focuson Billing and Output forms as Invoices, Pricing determination and mapping to Invoice data, Integration of Proforma Invoices to GTS Custom declarations.
- Outbound deliveriesand Copy controlto Proforma creation and custom datafields mapping andIntrastat Reporting.





- Understand OTC processes with Invoices customizations. Experience with S/4HANA Billing types and Invoice outputs formats and global template designsand Foreign trade processin S4 to be integrated with GTS.

- Demonstrated understanding of Export control processand Legal Regulations as applicable in both S4 and in GTSmodules.
- Background to include experience in SAP best practices for OTC processes on Order management, Shipping,Pricing and billing types.

- Collaborate with integrated agile product teams to ensure seamless integration between SAPS4 OTC and other SAPS4 modules (e.g.OTC,TM,FIandTax) and external systems.
- Perform mentoring to team members.

- Ability to design and implement solutions based on business requirements, includingdebugging and root cause analysis.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Proficiency in S/4OTC and pricing and billing processes integration with GTS Customs management

- Good understanding of Cross functional interdependencies, S/4 Physical & Financial flow and S/4 Advance Intercompanyand changes impact onOTCmodule

- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Knowledge in Master Data Governance tool(MDG).

Professional Certifications:

- SAP Certified Application Associate in SAPOTC( Order to Cash) Preferred GTS and Compliance experience.

- Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred)
