Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing & Advanced Warehouse Management (AWMS) Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

- 4 -10 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Advanced Warehouse Management (AWMS), with hands-on experience in Production and Warehouse Management modules.
- Completed at least three full lifecycle implementations of D365 Manufacturing & AWMS.
- Strong hands-on experience in Production, Advanced Warehouse Management, and ERP value flow.
- Experience with Import & Export processes.
- Manage client interactions and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements, project scope, and risks.
- Identify project risks/issues and define mitigation and resolution plans.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse operations.
- Prepare test artifacts and execute functional testing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Work with customers to understand current ("As-Is") business processes and create process maps.
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), FDD (Functional Design Document), and Solution Blueprint.
- Analyze business processes and map functional/non-functional requirements.
- Design ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Document business processes and support clients during critical project phases.




- Create test scenarios covering implemented business processes.
- Conduct user training and explain system changes.
- Solid understanding of ERP business processes in Discrete and Process Manufacturing.
- Understand implementation challenges and risks for manufacturing industry solutions.
- Performed functional consulting roles in 45 end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other leading ERP solutions.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and work from customer offices.
