- In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration
- Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.
- Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team.
- New to branch customer acquisition, building the Asset under management of the branch, driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products.
- Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.
- Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.
- Market scoping, understand the trends in the market and act accordingly
Preferred candidate profile
- 5-8 years in Banks / Gold Loan NBFCs / Financial Institutions
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sales and target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of gold loan/business loan processes is an advantage
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Role & responsibilities
- Assisting Branch Head to handle Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month
- Responsible for canvasing and marketing all products like Debentures, Insurance products, Tour products etc.
- Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs
- Participate in different marketing activities
