About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Aptitude Trainer to prepare university students for campus placements, competitive examinations, and career readiness. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured aptitude training, conducting assessments, and improving students' problem-solving, logical reasoning, quantitative, and verbal abilities to enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Verbal Ability
- Data Interpretation
- Analytical Reasoning

- Prepare students for campus placement assessments, including AMCAT, CoCubes, eLitmus, and company-specific aptitude tests.
- Design lesson plans, study material, question banks, mock tests, and practice worksheets.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify learning gaps and create improvement plans.




- Deliver regular mock tests and analyze student performance to provide personalized feedback.
- Train students in problem-solving techniques, time management, and exam strategies.
- Collaborate with the Placement Cell and academic departments to align training with recruiter expectations.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and assessment records.
- Stay updated with the latest placement trends, aptitude test patterns, and industry hiring practices.
- Mentor students for campus recruitment drives and competitive examinations.

Required Skills

- Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online learning platforms.
