We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and scalable solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support organizational objectives.

The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Program Managers, business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to define requirements, optimize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), business processes, and governance frameworks.

Project & Program Management

- Manage multiple projects, pilots, and operational initiatives throughout their lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.





Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze business data and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop business metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
- Build business cases and recommendations using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Collaborate with business leaders, operations teams, clients, vendors, and technology teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders across different functions.
- Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams.

Leadership & Process Improvement

- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Mentor and support team members on business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.
- Evaluate and identify potential partners, vendors, and solution providers based on business needs.

Executive Communication

- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and outcomes effectively to diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Consulting, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global or international stakeholders is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in pre-sales, consulting, technology, or software product environments.
- Understanding of SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
