Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM IST

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in hiring for technology roles such as Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent through innovative sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT/Technology hiring




- Strong understanding of technical roles in:
- Data Engineering
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- AI/ML Engineering
- Business Intelligence (BI)
- Data Analytics
- Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other databases
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to assess candidate profiles and match them with business requirements
- Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously in a quick-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
