- Manage software assets across the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency in IT Asset Management (ITAM) operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective ITAM strategies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow implementation for ITAM modules such as Request Fulfillment, Configuration Management, and License Management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in Software Asset Management or related field.
- Robust understanding of IT asset management principles, including licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using tools like ServiceNow's Business Intelligence Reporting.
