About the Role

Join the Oracle Platform Engineering team at Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As an Oracle Fusion Staff/Lead Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise Oracle Fusion solutions that power critical business operations across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and ERP. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to build scalable integrations, reporting solutions, and platform extensions while driving Oracle Cloud modernization and engineering excellence.

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore (Candidates currently residing in either location are encouraged to apply.)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver Oracle Fusion technical solutions across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), ERP, and related Oracle Cloud modules.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion integrations, reporting solutions, platform extensions, and data movement processes.
- Build and support Oracle technologies including FBDI, ESS, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), FDI, and BICC.
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL and PL/SQL solutions supporting Oracle Fusion applications and integrations.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SaaS/PaaS technologies.
- Design and develop Oracle Fusion extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Support Oracle Redwood customization and migration initiatives to deliver modern, intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct technical design reviews and ensure solutions align with engineering standards,



Oracle best practices, and security requirements.
- Mentor software engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Product Owners, business analysts, functional leads, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex Oracle Fusion technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Participate in release planning, deployment activities, production validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle technical development, enterprise application development, or software engineering.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development.
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and ERP technical capabilities.
- Expert-level experience with:
- FBDI
- ESS
- OTBI
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- FDI
- BICC

- Expert-level experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
- Strong experience developing SQL and PL/SQL solutions.
- Experience working with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).




- Experience using Application Composer and Page Composer for Oracle Fusion customizations.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
