You must be able to oversee existing contracts / future upcoming IT contracts - all compliance in place in view of executing the IT contracts both at onsite and offshore

You:

- Must have client's project compliance in place including

local govt.



jurisdiction laws / employment laws / IT B2B Contract documentation as per local Govt. labour laws

- Check / update existing IT contracts as per continuous govt. updated / updating contract laws - in line with local Govt. jurisdiction

- Update / keeping all client IT contracts in line with local HR compliance / contract compliance documentation in place as per client's beneficiary country jurisdiction

- Well versed with local Govt. jurisdiction / HR Compliance / IT Contracts
