The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies while ensuring timely closures and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage the offer process.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using ATS and recruitment tools.
