Skill Set Required:

- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and customization.
- Expertise in Apex programming language including triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous Apex.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working on Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud.
- Having Knowledge in Salesforce Devops, CI/CD, SFDX, Integrations and Multi cloud exposure
- Experience working on Managed Packages
- AppExchange experience would be given priority.

Required Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience working as a Salesforce Developer.
- Team Handling experience
- PD1 & PD2 Certification
