About the Role

At PwC, our Data & Analytics and AI teams help clients transform their businesses through cutting-edge technologies. As a Senior Manager AIOps Transformation Lead, you will lead the design, delivery, and operationalization of enterprise-grade AI solutions that bring together Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI Operations (AIOps) practices.

You will act as a strategic advisor and delivery leader, ensuring AI solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and tightly aligned with business outcomes. The role blends solution architecture, product thinking, and AI operations excellence to drive measurable value for PwC clients.

As part of the PwC Acceleration Centers, you will lead large-scale GenAI and AIOps engagements across industries, operationalize AI systems using modern LLM, multi-agent, and cloud ecosystems, establish AI engineering and AIOps best practices for enterprise adoption, and partner with global teams to deliver high-impact, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. GenAI & Agentic AI Solution Leadership

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade Generative AI and multi-agent systems.

- Solution Architecture design RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, tool usage, and memory management for production-grade LLM systems.
- Multi-Agent Systems build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Multi-Modal AI drive adoption of text, vision, audio, and document-based AI use cases across business functions.

2. AIOps & LLMOps Excellence





Establish the operational backbone for reliable, observable, and governed AI at scale.

- Monitoring & Observability — stand up AIOps/LLMOps frameworks covering model health, drift, latency, and cost.
- Evaluation Frameworks — define metrics for hallucination, reasoning quality, reliability, and user feedback.
- Continuous Improvement — implement CI/CD, model versioning, and automated feedback loops for LLM-based systems.
- Responsible AI & Compliance — embed security, privacy, and governance standards into every deployment.

3. Platform & Engineering Leadership

Build scalable, reusable AI platforms on leading cloud ecosystems.

- Cloud AI Platforms — architect solutions on Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge Systems — leverage vector databases and enterprise search for scalable retrieval and grounding.
- Reusable Assets — standardize accelerators, orchestration templates, and engineering frameworks across engagements.

4. Product & Business Value Ownership

Translate business problems into AI-enabled outcomes with measurable value.

- Solution Roadmaps — convert business priorities into phased AI delivery plans.
- Value Realization — define KPIs, ROI models, and benefit-tracking frameworks.
- Stakeholder Alignment — lead discovery workshops, demos, and executive alignment sessions.

5. Client & Program Leadership

Own end-to-end delivery and advise senior client stakeholders.

- Program Delivery — manage complex, multi-workstream AI programs from strategy to operations.
- Trusted Advisor — engage with senior stakeholders and C-suite on AI strategy and transformation.
- Go-to-Market — lead proposal development, solutioning, and new offering creation.

6. Team Leadership & Capability Building

Grow high-performing, multidisciplinary AI teams.





- Mentorship — coach data scientists, engineers, architects, and product managers.
- Culture — foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Thought Leadership — contribute to internal assets, points of view, and external PwC thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12–15+ years of experience in AI/ML, data, or technology consulting, including leadership of enterprise-scale delivery.
- Proven track record leading enterprise GenAI implementations from design through production.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and advanced prompt engineering.
- Robust expertise in RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Practical experience with AIOps/LLMOps tooling (e.g., LangSmith, Arize, or equivalent monitoring frameworks).
- Delivery experience on at least one major cloud AI platform: Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience designing and deploying multi-modal AI systems (text, vision, audio, documents).
- Strong grounding in Responsible AI principles and enterprise AI governance frameworks.
- Exposure to AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and related productivity assistants.
- Product mindset with experience in roadmaps, backlog management, and value tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
- Experience driving AI-led digital transformation programs at enterprise scale.
