Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with robust expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT hiring, sourcing niche technology professionals, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely closures while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify the right talent based on technical and business needs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-volume IT skill sets.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, notice period, and compensation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary, rate cards, and joining timelines.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles within client SLAs.
- Track interview status, offers, and onboarding activities.




- Maintain candidate data in ATS and generate recruitment reports.
- Work closely with account managers, delivery teams, and clients to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SAP, Data Engineering, QA Automation, ServiceNow, Salesforce, AI/ML, and Full Stack Development.
- Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with IT staffing firms or recruitment consultancies.
- Exposure to domestic and/or international IT recruitment.
- Experience handling multiple clients and meeting recruitment KPIs.
