Job Overview:

The Mall Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shopping mall, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants and customers. This role involves managing facility maintenance, security, housekeeping, vendor relations, and coordinating with tenants to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the mall including security, housekeeping, maintenance, parking, and customer service.

- Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

- Liaise with tenants regarding operational issues and service requirements.

- Monitor and manage the performance of service vendors and contractors.

- Prepare and manage the operational budget, track expenses, and reduce costs.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained.

- Respond to emergencies, incidents,



and customer complaints promptly and professionally.

- Support the implementation of marketing and promotional events in coordination with other departments.

- Maintain records and reports related to mall operations, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and vendor performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail, commercial real estate, or mall management.

- Robust leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with building systems, security, and maintenance operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of facility management software is a plus.
