- Lead the planning and scheduling functions for multiple projects or manufacturing units.
- Develop master project schedules, production plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Review and approve baseline schedules, recovery plans, and schedule updates.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, QA/QC, logistics, and project execution teams.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, moulds, manpower, equipment, and other resources.
- Monitor production capacity and optimize manufacturing and dispatch schedules.
- Conduct critical path analysis (CPM) and forecast project completion dates.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients
