Role & responsibilities

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them transform business processes through Oracle ERP solutions.
- Lead ERP-enabled business transformation initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand business challenges and define future-state operating models.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design business process improvements.
- Develop end-to-end Oracle ERP solution strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Contribute to solution architecture, integration design, and process governance across multiple applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of ERP implementation, from requirements through deployment and support.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive successful delivery of full lifecycle ERP transformation programs following SDLC methodologies.
- Support business development activities including RFPs, proposal creation, solutioning, client presentations, and pursuit management.
- Provide domain expertise in one or more areas: Finance & Controlling, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Distribution, Enterprise Asset Management.
- Recommend best-practice Oracle ERP solutions and guide clients on process optimization opportunities.
- Ensure business requirements are translated into practical, scalable, and integrated technology solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional consulting engagements.
- Develop thought leadership assets including Points of View (POVs), white papers,



methodologies, and transformation frameworks.
- Stay updated on Oracle ERP innovations, industry trends, and emerging business practices.
- Mentor consultants, analysts, and junior team members to strengthen consulting capabilities.
- Contribute to practice growth through recruiting, capability development, knowledge management, and methodology enhancement.
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation teams, and project leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 - 8 years of experience in business consulting, ERP transformation, or enterprise process improvement within leading consulting firms or large global organizations.
- Solid expertise in business process design, process decomposition, controls, and best practices across Finance & Controlling, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Distribution, Enterprise Asset Management domains.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and drive process transformation initiatives with senior business leaders.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ERP implementations, including requirements, solution design, validation, deployment, and change adoption.
- Solid understanding of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong project management, team leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement capabilities.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Visio and MS Project are a plus.
- Passion for driving business transformation and delivering measurable client value.
