Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ESRI Developer with strong expertise in the ArcGIS platform. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining geospatial applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business and project objectives.

Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

- French language proficiency
- ESRI Certified Professional
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ESRI/ArcGIS suite development
- Proven hands-on experience in telecommunications projects, with a deep understanding of telecom data models for fiber, coax, and HFC networks.

Technical Skills

- Robust programming expertise in the ArcGIS platform, including:
- ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS
- ArcGIS JavaScript APIs and Web AppBuilder/Experience Builder
- ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET

- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise for deployment, integration, and scaling
- Proficiency in ArcPy and Python for geospatial automation, workflow optimization etc
- Strong knowledge of spatial data management and geodatabases
- Experience with Utility Network models (fiber, coax, HFC)




- Hands-on experience with telecom data models and GIS-based telecom solutions
- Database expertise: PL/SQL, PostGIS, and data synchronization strategies
- Front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience in designing solution architecture (HLD, LLD)
- Ability to participate in requirement gathering and prepare SRS documents
- Experience in RFP responses, effort estimation, and solution planning
- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and conflict management
- Understanding of infrastructure, security, performance, and licensing considerations

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in leading or contributing to end-to-end project delivery
- Ability to analyze business needs and recommend optimal technical solutions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven team player with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel within the Europe region as required by project needs
