Role & responsibilities -

- Execute workstreams across value creation, operational improvement, and transformation engagements for PE portfolio companies and corporates
- Support Operational Due Diligence (ODD) and performance assessment engagements by analyzing cost structures, operational performance, and margin drivers
- Identify and quantify value creation opportunities across procurement, SG&A;, operations, productivity, pricing, and working capital
- Support synergy assessments, synergy tracking, carve-out planning, and integration activities
- Support development of 100-day plans, turnaround initiatives, and transformation roadmaps
- Analyze working capital, capex, and cash flow performance to identify optimization opportunities





Preferred candidate profile -

- CA / MBA (Finance), Engineering + MBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience: 3-6 years in Transaction Advisory, Value Creation, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Performance Improvement
- Solid exposure to ODD, value creation, performance improvement, transformation, or transaction support engagements
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical capabilities
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
