Mandatory Skill-Functional Consultant Business CentralERP Business CentralD365 Business Central
o Knowledge of ERP Business central is must.
o Knowledge of MS Demand Planning app.
o Create process flows, user stories, and wireframes to communicate design ideas.
o Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with MSD ERP best practices.
o Understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM), Sprint ceremonies, User stories refinement and Acceptance criterion, Backlogs.
o Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
o Provide training to end-users on new MSD ERP features and functionalities.
o Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for MSD ERP users.
o Stay updated on MSD ERP BC releases and new features to recommend improvements to client
o Strong understanding of MSD ERP BC platform capabilities and limitations.
o Support implementation & support projects for the client, end to end. o Basic Knowledge of Power BI is recommended.
o Taking full ownership of directing, motivating the dev team and Cl
