Role Description_ HR Executive /Coordinator .

This is a full-time in office role for a Human Resources coordinator located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources coordinator will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The responsibilities will also include developing strategies for talent acquisition, managing employee engagement initiatives, designing training programs, and providing guidance on HR best practices to support organizational goals. Collaboration with various teams to ensure a positive workplace culture will be a key focus of this role. US staffing Knowledge US IT recruiters and Bench sale hiring process and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

- We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to support our US staffing operations
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a US staffing firm or Should have US staffing background.
- Knowledge on US staffing and US IT Recruiter and Bench sale hiring process must, willing to work US time zone (Night shift)




- Work closely with US IT Recruiters and sales teams.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels, screening, interviewing, and handling offer negotiations.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including background checks, reference checks, drug tests, preparing employment contracts. & orientation process.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers. Address employee queries related to policies, payroll coordination, benefits, attendance, and compliance.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in employee relations, performance management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
