Job Responsibilities

- Provide technical and customer support to international customers via voice process.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate or Graduate (No pursuing candidates)




Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process / Technical Support / Customer Support
Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 proficiency preferred)
Basic technical troubleshooting and computer knowledge
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice preferred
