About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead Learning & Development and Organization Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive talent development, leadership capability building, performance management, employee engagement, culture transformation, and HR analytics while partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Learning & Development and Organization Development initiatives.
- Identify Training Needs (Behavioral, Technical & Functional) through competency assessments.
- Design and execute annual learning calendars and leadership development programs.
- Measure training effectiveness and monitor learning outcomes.
- Drive succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Support leadership capability development and high-potential employee programs.
- Coordinate HR dashboards, MIS, analytics, and management presentations.
- Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support Performance Management Process (PMP), Balanced Scorecards, and appraisal cycles.
- Benchmark HR best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives.




- Coordinate strategic HR projects and ensure timely execution.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Master's Degree in HR / MSW / IR / Personnel Management / HR Administration or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Learning & Development and Organization Development.
- Experience in Aviation, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Engineering, Process Industry, or similar sectors preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Competency Frameworks, Succession Planning, PMS, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR dashboards, MIS reporting, and HR systems.
