Role & responsibilities
- Lead SAP O2C (Order-to-Cash) implementation and support projects.
- Configure and optimize SAP AATP, Backorder Processing (BOP), Product Allocation (PAL), and Supply Protection.
- Work on Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
- Collaborate with MM, PP, EWM, TM, and FI teams for end-to-end business processes.
- Lead client discussions, gather business requirements, and provide functional solutions.
- Mentor team members and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 9+ years of SAP SD/O2C experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA AATP.
- Expertise in O2C processes, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management.
- Experience with at least 23 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Good understanding of integrations with MM, PP, EWM, TM, and FI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
