Position: Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 2 Months

Eligibility

* Freshers with B.Sc. Nursing and NCLEX Certification can apply

* Candidates with 1+ year of Staff Nursing experience, B.Sc. Nursing, and NCLEX Certification can apply

* Candidates with 5+ years of Staff Nursing experience can apply

Key Responsibilities

* Review patient medical records to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant clinical documentation.

* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to clarify and improve documentation quality.

* Identify documentation gaps that impact coding, reimbursement, and quality reporting.

* Ensure documentation supports the patient's severity of illness and risk of mortality.

* Follow clinical documentation improvement guidelines and regulatory standards.





* Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with healthcare policies.

* Work closely with coding and quality teams to improve documentation accuracy.

Required Skills

* B.Sc. Nursing qualification.

* NCLEX Certification (mandatory for eligible roles).

* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.

* Excellent communication and analytical skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to review medical records effectively.

* Valuable computer and documentation skills.
