Position: RD - Senior Member of Technical Staff DEV (IC)

About the Job

As a part of this function, the RD Technology and Execution team designs, develops, and maintains software products and solutions, including the underlying systems and architecture. Responsible for delivering world-class products and solutions using established standards and processes in collaboration with other RD functions.

We are looking for a talented senior developer with the skills and passion to successfully implement complex technical solution to join our Engineering Schematics team.

Key responsibilities:

- You will work with the Product Owner, Stakeholders and the Scrum Team to understand, define and implement solution requirements
- Participate in Scrum meetings with other team members including sprint planning and estimating; backlog refinement; daily Scrum meetings; sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews
- Ensure your code is fully reviewed, unit tested and documented and delivered to agreed quality standards

Knowledge, Skills Experience Required:

- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience




- BE, B Tech, MCA in Computer science, IT, Electronics or related stream.
- Expertise in developing the .Net desktop applications.
- Demonstrate examples of robust design and coding skills in multiple languages, one of which must be C#
- Experience in Win forms/ WPF development is required.
- Excellent knowledge on Advanced Object-Oriented Programming concepts design patterns.
- Knowledge on Unit Testing: one or more of these MS TEST, NUnit Frame work.
- Experience of working with Azure, Git, ClearCase and related tools.
- Experience of using Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, working with a broad range of people, including Product Owners, Testers Product Support across sites
- Able to coach and mentor less experienced colleagues
- Positive approach to problem solving with a can do attitude.

Good to have skills:

- Experience in writing automation test cases
- Knowledge of cloud development, REST APIs and CI/CD pipeline will be added advantage.
