- you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of our global clients.
- Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation. Lead project teams in the successful execution of client projects
- ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Address client inquiries
- concerns
- and feedback in a proactive and effective manner.Global Client Acquisition: Work closely with the business development team to understand client requirements and expectations. Contribute to the acquisition of global clients by providing project management expertise and insights.Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Collaborate with internal teams
- including development quality assurance and sales to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Communicate project status risks
- and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring that projects are delivered within scope on time
- and within budget. Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential project disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, preferably with an MBA/PG in Business Administration/Business Management.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the Software/IT product development industry.
- Proven track record of successful global/international client acquisition and project management.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
