Role: Technical Delivery Manager (Application-Focused)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong application development background to lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native applications and enterprise modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on application architecture expertise with delivery leadership, driving scalable, API-driven, microservices-based solutions on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native applications (design, development, deployment, integration)
- Drive application modernization from monolithic to microservices architecture
- Design and oversee API-first, event-driven architectures using Azure services
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
- Manage onshore/offshore teams and ensure delivery quality, timelines, and governance
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps standards
- Provide technical leadership in application architecture, not just infrastructure or data

Must Have Skills (CRITICAL)

- Robust background in application development
- .NET / Java / Node.js / Python (backend)

- Experience building:

- REST APIs
- Microservices architectures





- Hands-on experience with:

- Azure Functions, App Services, API Management
- Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor/Log Analytics) and security frameworks (Microsoft Entra ID)

- Proven experience in:

- End-to-end application delivery
- Application integration (OAuth, SSO, API gateways)

- Strong understanding of:

- System design, scalability, and distributed systems

- Minimum any one Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, Kafka

- Containerization:

- Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)

- CI/CD pipelines:

- Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions

- Frontend exposure:

- Angular / React (nice to have)

- Experience with Salesforce or CRM integrations
- Large-scale Azure implementation experience such as App Service migrations or complex Integration Hubs.
