Summary:
Vendor Master Workflow Specialist in Supply Chain Management (SCM) manages the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier data. They validate supplier documentation (tax forms, banking, legal compliance) and maintain accurate, secure vendor records in ERP systems like SAP to prevent fraud and enable seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.

Key Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Vendor Master
- Hands on experience in SAP
- End to End understanding on Vendor Master Creation process

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate documentation requisitions received for Vendor Creation and Vendor Master Changes.
- Run standard reports using reporting tools to support Vendor Management activities and process tracking.
- Resolve queries raised by requesters, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Follow up with approvers to ensure timely approval of Vendor Master Requests.
- Demonstrate end-to-end understanding of the Vendor Master Creation Process and its business criticality.
- Communicate regularly with requesters and stakeholders through email and phone to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Verify all required approvals, supporting documents, and checklists before processing vendor creation or modification requests.
- Perform amendments and updates in Vendor Master Records after obtaining appropriate documentation and stakeholder confirmation.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve exceptions and discrepancies in vendor data and requests.
- Prepare reports and escalate critical issues or process deviations to relevant teams or management.
- Maintain high levels of Quality, Accuracy, and Turnaround Time (TAT) in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, process guidelines, and internal controls related to Vendor Master Management.
